As CPO, I coordinated a team of 15 professionals, managing the agile delivery of residential, commercial, educational, hospital and industrial projects of Civil Construction to our customers, guaranteeing the technical quality and fluidity of the project process, supporting the constructive rationalization and making the better use of technology and resources.
In addition, as a subcontractor, I coordinated project offices contracted by the construction company, corresponding to more than ten disciplines, performing the coordination and analysis of compliance and error of such projects. Among the activities performed, I was immediately responsible for:

• Compatibility of the project set: verification of blueprints and all graphic material of the project, generating detailed reports for the design team and supply/product management. The entire process and analysis and service was delivered with formal compliance records and engineering history for feedback on future projects;
• Project Coordination of the entire project cycle from the purchase of the land to delivery to the owners. Control and authorization for payment of contracted designers and analysis of design amendments;
• Projects for the production of vertical masonry and drywall facades and internal walls: compatibility of all projects and development of a project aimed at the execution with detailing of all walls;

Application Design

• Design and development of platforms for project portfolio management ( Clepsydra ) and for managing compliance with standards and guidelines ( CLIA ).

Participation in events, meetings, symposia and university fairs

• For the dissemination and training of market and design best practices and in events and meetings to develop standards in the civil construction sector as Building Performance Standard (NBR15575/2013);

• Coordination of a multidisciplinary team and technical analysis of projects to expand the Honda factory, in Manaus, AM, Brazil;
